With this update, you can add a “signature/drawing” tab to each procedure in Vesuv. Specifically, this means that:
- Signatures are done directly online, without the need to print or scan documents.
- Each procedure can include a dedicated space for signatures, to ensure traceability and validation of actions.
- Signatures are stored securely, ensuring their authenticity and regulatory compliance.

No more printing, back-and-forth documents, and waiting times. The signature is done in a few seconds, directly on the platform.

How to create an electronic signature on Vesuv?

1- Access Vesuv and open an existing procedure or create a new one
2- Click on "New field"
3- Select "Signature or drawing"
4- In advanced settings, choose the format
5- In 1 second, you can sign

Where can I find my electronic signature?

It is directly integrated into your procedures. Thus, in each procedure where you have previously added a signature space, you will be able to find your teams' signatures there.
